How to disable automatic translate on Edge when managed by organization?

 When found popup asking auto translate, it is annoying

You can simply change setting as shown above, but when managed by organization, you need a permission to do or go and find "TranslateEnabled" for Edge browser and then set it to 0, then you will see no more popup!

Stop the service with script below on cmd:  sc stop "DigitalWave.Update.Service"  sc config "DigitalWave.Update.Service" start= disabled  Delete this service.  sc delete "DigitalWave.Update.Service"  only scripts in red works, leave a comment if you want to ask.
