Virginity before marriage according to Bible verses
I was taught not to go over a girl on the bed before marriage from my youth church, and many people still believe this is what bible says. However, I suddenly pupped up with a question "where is that written in the bible?" Bible says that we should pay a bride price for virgins, and if else then she must be put to death, and the price is fifty shekels of silver which might be about 420 USD ( 550 grams of silver) , and it is not much. This price might be for the sexual violation of virginity, but not having sex, because woman unmarried having sex was treated as a prostitute.
