Introducing OpenAI London

The office will focus on research and engineering, and will collaborate with local communities and policy makers to ensure that AI is developed and used responsibly. 간단히 집에서 헬스장급으로 세팅해보기 위해 필요탬들을 정리해보았다. 공간과 비용은 개개인의 형편에 맞게 준비해보자.  모든 운동의 기본은 심호흡 으로 긴장을 풀어주고 준비 상태로 가는 것이다. 시작 전에 짐볼 을 활용한 스트레칭으로 근육 긴장을 풀어주면 좋다.  제일 중요한 운동이 하체다 하지만 헬스장 처럼 바벨 을 땅에 던질 수 없기에 메트 는 필수지만 파워렉 에 걸치는 것을 추천한다.  필자는 복근보다 팔을 우선시한다 복근은 일단 벗어야 보이니 바로 보여지는 팔근육 다음으로 순위를 잡았다.  팔근육은 역시나 아령 이 제일이다. 하지만 본인 무게에 맞는 아령 을 선택한 뒤 무게를 증가하는방법도 있지만 사실 자세와 방법만 바꿔줘도 무게를 바꾼 것과 같은 효과를 볼 수 있어 무게 증가하는 방법보다 가성비가 좋다. 각진 아령 으로 팔굽혀펴기도 할 수 있어 추천한다.  복근은 윗몸일으키기도 좋지만 요즘 스타일이 좋은 AB 슬라이드 를 추천한다. 매트 를 깔아야하고 보다 안전에 주의해야 한다.  상체 중 가슴 운동이 중요한데 모아주는 운동을 해야 한다. Weight benching 이 가장 통상적이다.  등근육은 철봉 풀업이 효과가 좋다 그리고 덤벨로우로 다져준다. 그래서 짐렉 중 철봉을 포함하는 렉을 추천한다. 문에 껴서 하는 것은 문틈에 데미지를 줄 수 있고 떨어지는 안전에 주의 해야 한다.   유산소 운동으로 지방을 태우는 운동이 필요한데 실내 무소음 자전거 가 효과 만점이다. 러닝머신은 층간소음도 심하고 집에서는 비추한다.  필자가 추천하는 끝판왕 가성비로는 철봉을 제외하고 6각 덤벨 아령  하나로 대부분의 운동이 가능하다는 것이다. 벤치 하나 사서 가슴 운동이랑 덤빌로우 운동을 할 수 있고 팔굽혀펴기 또한 가능하다. 하체 운동 또한 아래와 같이 메시브 빌드업이 가능하다. 천리길도 한걸음부터라고 하지않은가 6각 덤벨 아령부터 시작해보자!! 복근 운동은 무...
